By downloading, installing, or playing Word Trap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. License & Fair Play

Word Trap grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the game for personal amusement and competitive ranking. You agree not to:

• Use automated bots, scripts, or external solver tools to artificially gain competitive advantage in ranked matches.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the game's client, protocol, or dictionary validation rules.
• Harass, abuse, or use offensive player handles or profile information.

2. Virtual Economy & Purchases

Word Trap may include virtual coins, cosmetic items, or ad-removal packages. All virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency. Purchases made via Google Play Billing are subject to Google's standard purchase and refund policies.

3. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in breach of our fair play standards, cheating, or abusive behavior, without prior notice or refund of virtual items.

4. Limitation of Liability

Word Trap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that gameplay will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the game.
